Our lobsters are sourced daily from local fishermen at our own Portland wharf, paired with clams, sweet corn, and red potatoes for a classic New England feast. From set-up to clean-up, our team brings the full flavor of the Maine coast to you—turning every gathering into a warm, memorable tradition long after the last shell is cracked.
